Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy is designed in accordance with Shopify best practices and applies to all purchases made from Deluxe Footwear.

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Sale / discounted items (unless defective)
  • Change-of-mind or size-related returns

3. Strict No-Refund Policy on Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are strictly non-refundable.
  • For COD orders, only exchanges are permitted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • No refunds will be issued for size issues, customer preference, or change of mind.

This condition is non-negotiable and applies to all COD orders.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear images or video of the issue.
  3. After approval, follow the return instructions shared by our team.
  4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

5. Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases, including COD orders.
  • Customers may be required to pay return or re-delivery charges for exchanges.

6. Processing Time

  • Approved exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.
