Deluxe allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to certain Terms & Conditions, which are as follows:
However, Customers with a valid reason for exchange (such as if the article is defected, in wrong size, or not as per the order) won’t have to pay courier charges for exchange pickup.
Deluxe strictly follows ‘NO refund / cashback’ policy on COD. Only the Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or payment has been processed.
The complaint has to be raised within 3 working days along with the provision of printed invoice (via call, message or email) after receiving the parcel.
However, if the item has any kind of manufacturing defect, wrong size delivered or not as per the order then the article will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.
It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process, once it has been verified.
